Closing Your Account<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">You or the International Independent Creative Industries Council may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by giving Notice to the other party. We may suspend our Service to you at any time, with or without cause. We won\u2019t refund or reimburse you if there\u2019s cause, like a violation of these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy. Once terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it, including your emails from the International Independent Creative Industries Council. If you don\u2019t log in to your account for 12 or more months, we may treat your account as \u201cinactive\u201d and permanently delete the account and all the data associated with it. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">4. You won\u2019t request access to or information about an account that\u2019s not yours, and you\u2019ll resolve any account-related disputes directly with the other party. We decide who owns an account based on the content of the emails in that account, and if multiple people or entities are identified in the content, then we\u2019ll rely on the contact information listed for that account.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h1 class=\"western\"><\/h1>\n<h1 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">PAYMENTS<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">7. Anyone using a credit card represents and warrants that they are authorized to use that credit card, and that any and all charges may be billed to that credit card and won\u2019t be rejected. To this end, we may suspend or terminate your account if you send an email campaign, submit an advertisement or otherwise distribute any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, contains either of the following:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A Threat of Physical Harm<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. This means any statement, photograph, advertisement, or other content that in our sole judgment could be reasonably perceived to threaten, advocate, or incite physical harm to or violence against others.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Hateful Content<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. This means any statement, image, photograph, advertisement, or other content that in our sole judgment could be reasonably perceived to harm, threaten, promote the harassment of, promote the intimidation of, promote the abuse of, or promote discrimination against others based solely on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, disease, or immigration status.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">We also may suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are either:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">An organization which has publicly stated or acknowledged that its goals, objectives, positions, or founding tenets include statements or principles that could be reasonably perceived to advocate, encourage, or sponsor Hateful Content or A Threat of Physical Harm.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A person that has publicly made a comment or statement, or otherwise publicly made known a position, including by membership in an organization as discussed above, that could be reasonably perceived as Hateful Content or A Threat of Physical Harm.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A person or organization that has acted in such a way as could be reasonably perceived to support, condone, encourage, or represent Hateful Content or A Threat of Physical Harm.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If you violate any of these rules, then we may suspend or terminate your account.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">12. Reporting Abuse<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans Light, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If you think anyone is violating any of these Terms of Service, please notify us immediately.
